Want a sweet treat to get the kids pumped up for a kiddie party? Andi prepared Fun Fruity Yoghurt Parfait for us in the Kiddie Party episode of FOR SHARING. With the same creamy taste of ice cream that’s not as heavy, this healthy treat will give the kids the energy they need for the fun and games. Try it out with this recipe:
Fun Fruity Yoghurt Parfait
- 3 cups chilled yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh honey dew melon, scooped
- 1 cup fresh cantaloupe, scooped
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup granola
In a parfait glass, layer 1/3 cup yoghurt into the bottom of each four glasses.
Add a layer of granola, then another layer of fruits and yoghurt. Repeat until almost full.Serve immediately to keep granola crunchy.
